I'm fairly new to this sort of thinking and have been watching many casts. Being ready to start researching and gaining more knowledge I thought of some hypothetical situations which I have some concerns over (you may likewise);

1. A person posses imagery either physical or digital of what may be classed as illegal, for example; child porn, animal porn, images of military bases etc. This person technically caused neither harm, damage or loss to another being.
Question 1.1; Is there grounds for prosecution being a freeman of the land?
Question 1.2; If no, what steps would you take to ensure in a society, freeman of the land, that this person would be convicted?

Question 2; If the United kingdom, United states and Canada are companies, doesn't it own the land we live in?
Therefore anyone not registered is trespassing?

Question 3; If I were entering a magistrates court upon being summoned for a fine or other, would a driving license be a sufficient legal fiction or only a birth certificate?

4. A person has caused harm, loss or damage to another person.
Question 4.1; Can they be tried in a magistrates court?

The only remedy is to renounce one's citizenship. Simply declaring oneself a freeman on the land is not sufficient.  As a non-citizen, indigenous to these lands, one is not subject to the statutory regulations that encumber a citizen. No one owns the land.

Sorry, I don't understand the question. In any event, those documents are proof of one's citizenship so why would one seek to rely on them?

Yes, criminal proceedings can be started at the magistrates court. Full trial would be at the Crown Court.
