I've just recieved an invetation to attend Nottingham magistrates court on 26 April, to discuss an allegation discuss an allegation aghainst me. A bit late for that, you'd think they would at least post it recorded delivery.

The allegation by a man describing himself as an 'officer of Nottingham City Council' states that:

On 07/10/2009 at Nottingham wilfully rode a pedal cycle upon a footpath or causeway by the side of a road, namely Collin Street, made or set apart for the use or accommodation of foot passengers Contary to section 72 of the Highway Act 1835. The highway Act 1835.

Any one heard of such a crime?

do you have the liberty bell number so you can let everyone know closer the date?

The date has already passed 26 April. It passed before I recieved the letter.
It makes it far easier for fraudulent corperations to make judgments in their favour if we don't know in advance.
